Blood-Artery Interaction in an Idealized Aneurysm

We developed a Discontinuous Galerkin (DG) method for Newtonian fluid and hyperelastic solid. The non-matching feature of the method can provide flexibility for generating interfacial meshes. The interaction of blood and the arterial wall is simulated. Temporally varying inflow induces swelling motion of arterial wall.
